AIRSYS Launches 3D Virtual Showroom at Data Centre World 2024

AIRSYS, a specialist in cooling solutions for critical environments, has launched a new 3D virtual showroom built using the MarTech3D | Engine App Builder.
The platform allows AIRSYS to present its entire product range in an interactive digital format, removing the logistical challenges of showcasing large-scale cooling units at exhibitions and client meetings.
“The virtual showroom has been really important for us,” said Madelyn Haycock, Marketing Manager at AIRSYS. “Our units are huge — one of them is over 900 kilos. For a standard client meeting, we can’t just take that around with us. We needed something that’s in our pocket.”
The 3D virtual showroom enables customers to explore AIRSYS’s full product portfolio within a realistic, browser-based environment. Using embedded 3D models, hotspot interactions, and on-screen product data, sales teams can demonstrate system performance, design features, and installation layouts instantly — on any device.
Key Benefits for AIRSYS
- Increased engagement: At trade shows and in meetings, AIRSYS can now present its complete range without physical limitations.
- Improved sales efficiency: Representatives can provide interactive demonstrations and technical explanations remotely or in person.
- Enhanced customer experience: Potential clients can explore units in detail, gaining a clearer understanding of functionality and benefits.
The company also plans to expand the application over time.
“As we begin to work on this more with MarTech3D, we can add animations of airflow so it can lead to a more technical explanation of how our units are working,” said an AIRSYS spokesperson.
The virtual showroom also doubles as a central reference tool, with the ability to store brochures, technical videos, and supporting documents — giving sales teams and buyers instant access to product materials.
“Everything we’ve asked of them, they’ve done and done to a very high standard,” said Matthew Thompson, Managing Director at AIRSYS. “In less than two months, they built the whole platform. We’ve been really pleased with a really high standard of work.”
Built on MarTech3D | Engine, the AIRSYS virtual showroom marks a major step forward in how large-format industrial products are marketed and demonstrated — combining visual clarity, interactivity, and scalability to strengthen engagement across global markets.
