    The Problem

AIRSYS deliver cooling solutions for critical environments, from data centres and telecom facilities to specialist university applications like bone storage and process cooling. Their systems are extremely large โ€” often over 900 kilos โ€” making it impossible to take equipment to client meetings or fully represent their solutions at events.

Traditional sales conversations relied heavily on verbal explanation or photography, which did not communicate airflow behaviour, integration points, or the overall architecture of a cooling environment. AIRSYS needed a way to show entire data centre setups, demonstrate product integration, and explain technical performance without transporting physical units.

Before transforming their sales and event strategy, they needed accurate, reusable 3D product models and photorealistic renders created through one central platform.

    The Solution

Using MarTech3D | Engine, AIRSYS created a full suite of high fidelity 3D product models and renders, forming the foundation of their Virtual Data Center โ€” an interactive 3D platform that visualises a complete data centre environment and shows exactly how AIRSYS cooling systems are integrated and operate.

Customers can explore the full layout, understand product positioning, and see multiple cooling strategies in context โ€” all without a single physical unit present. At trade shows, the virtual environment attracts attention immediately; customers walk up to the touchscreen, explore the space, and start asking questions, turning passive footfall into active sales conversations.

Sales teams now carry the entire product range โ€œin their pocket,โ€ using the same virtual environment on laptops, tablets, and mobile devices during on-site meetings. AIRSYS are also expanding the platform with technical airflow animations, giving customers a deeper understanding of unit performance.

The platform doubles as a digital content hub, storing brochures, videos, and technical documents, accessible both on-stand and through the AIRSYS website for buyers conducting deeper research.

    The Result

The virtual showroom has transformed how AIRSYS showcase and explain their solutions. They can now present their entire range โ€” not just the few products physically brought to an event โ€” and deliver more technical, higher-impact conversations from the very first interaction.

The solution launched in under two months, with multiple feedback cycles, instant iteration, and continuous expansion. AIRSYS report extremely positive engagement from customers at events and online, and now see the platform as a core part of their sales process, marketing content, and technical demonstrations.
