Who are PSL?

PSL is a leading global manufacturer and provider of solid liquid separation solutions for filtration, drying, and processing - from research and development activities up to larger commercial production scale.

The Challenge

PSL needed a scalable way to showcase their full product range online, in sales meetings, and at global events. Their systems are large, heavy, and expensive to transport, which limited what they could demonstrate in person. They also needed consistent, on brand product imagery and 3D content for use across print, digital, and distributor channels.

The first challenge was to create accurate 3D product models and photorealistic product renders for every major system. Without this foundation, they could not modernise their marketing or build any kind of interactive product experience.

The Solution

Using MarTech3D | Engine, PSL created a complete library of 3D product models and photorealistic renders for their flagship manufacturing systems. These assets are now used across their website, presentations, brochures, and global distributor network.

Once their 3D asset pipeline was established, PSL built a full 3D Virtual Showroom using our App Builder. The showroom includes detailed product information, interactive 3D product guides, and an AR viewer that allows customers to place machinery at scale inside their facility.

Phase 1 launched at ACHEMA in July 2024. Phase 2 launched in November 2024 and is now used daily for virtual sales presentations, online marketing, and live event demos.

PSL achieved a full return on investment at their very first event by cutting transport and setup costs, while simultaneously increasing the number of high quality leads.
