AIRSYS Launches 3D Virtual Showroom at Data Centre World 2024

AIRSYS, a company specialising in cooling solutions for critical environments, has announced the launch of a new 3D virtual showroom. This innovative platform, developed in partnership with MARTECH3D, allows AIRSYS to showcase their entire product range in a digital format, overcoming the limitations of traditional presentations.

AIRSYS's cooling units are known for their effectiveness, but their large size can make them difficult to transport for trade shows and client meetings. The 3D virtual showroom eliminates this challenge by providing a realistic and interactive environment where potential customers can explore AIRSYS's complete product portfolio.

“The virtual showroom has been really important for us,” says a Madelyn Haycock, Marketing Manager at AIRSYS. “Our units are huge, one of them is over 900 kilos. For a standard client meeting, we can't just take that around with us. We needed something that's in our pocket.”

The virtual showroom offers several key benefits for AIRSYS:

  • Increased engagement at trade shows and meetings: By replacing physical units with a virtual representation, AIRSYS can engage more customers and showcase their entire product range, regardless of size or weight.
  • Improved sales efficiency: Sales representatives can use the virtual showroom to provide detailed product demonstrations and explanations to clients remotely.
  • Enhanced customer experience: Potential customers can explore AIRSYS's products in a user-friendly and interactive environment, gaining a better understanding of their features and capabilities.

AIRSYS also highlights the potential for future development of the virtual showroom. “As we begin to work on this more with MARTECH3D we can add animations of airflow so it can lead to a more technical explanation of how our units are working,” the spokesperson says.  The platform could also be used as a document reference for salespeople and buyers, storing brochures, videos, and other relevant materials.

The company is forging a lasting partnership with MARTECH3D.  “Everything we've asked of them, they've done and done to a very high standard,” says the Matthew Thompson, Managing Director. “In less than two months, they built the whole platform. We've been really pleased with a really high standard of work.”

AIRSYS's launch of the 3D virtual showroom represents a significant step forward in the presentation of their cooling solutions. This innovative approach is likely to improve customer engagement, enhance sales efficiency, and solidify AIRSYS's position as a leader in the field.
